MY APPROACH
I am a liberatory designer, an emergent strategist & a leader. I work in the social impact space and say ‘yes’ to working on problems and projects that are aligned with my values, and principles, that have the potential to make meaningful change for good.
My realm is working on gnarly problems by hosting inclusive, liberatory design experiences that walk the line of deep, rigorous work and boundless, joyful possibilities.
My work is rooted in love, optimism, determination, and reality. From here I help people see ways to improve systemic conditions that are not serving them, and in that they are also able to see their own wisdom.

CYCLE—
This is best used to work on a known problem. Using liberatory design, we will convene a team of co-designers, and move through a complete design cycle that begins with deep listening and yields actionable, focused prototypes that meet the need of your context. This can be over time in person, or in design sprint form virtually.

RESIDENCY—
Want to learn, apply, and spread liberatory design thinking? Invite me to join the team for a time being to host pop-ups, use design in context, meet with various constituents, facilitate experiences and to make headway on some of the gnarly and complex problems you’re working on.

This work sits at the intersection of leadership, change-management, and design thinking. We will engage in an inclusive and rich liberatory design cycle that engages leaders and stakeholders to collectively define what matters most, strategies for getting there, and prototypes to get us close to our aspirations. Leave with a new way of working and a plan to move on.
